Service: Private Pole Replacement
Problem:
We were contacted for an urgent pole replacement as the private pole was being held up by a tree nearby.
Solution:
We de energised the incoming electrical supply and began removing the existing underground supply to the home to be reinstated later. The timber private pole was so rotten it had snapped off at ground level. Being in rock we core hole drilled directly adjacent to the initial pole location and erected a new galvanised steel pole.
The underground mains were tested and reinstated before energising the home.
All this done in half a day with minimal disruption to our clients.
