Service: Private Pole Replacement
Problem.
Our clients were advised by a neighbour of the poor condition of their private pole, especially at ground level and they decided to take a proactive approach.
Solution.
Our Level 2 ASP Technician had the private pole de energised so work could commence.
We then slowly excavated around the pole and exposed the underground supply so we did not damage it in anyway. Once this was exposed we could begin to remove the underground supply and then remove the rusted pole.
We installed a new private pole, reinstated underground mains inside the new pole, carried out the relevant testing and the home was now ready to be reenergised. All this in half a day and very little disruption to our clients.
