Service: Defect Rectification Private Pole Replacement
Problem:
When your private pole is being held up by rope in all directions it is safe to say you may be issued with a defect notice…. in this case our clients were.
Solution:
We de-energised the incoming electrical cables and began the process of lowering the condemned pole.
The pole was so rotten it had snapped off at ground level forcing us to drill another hole.
Bedrock was approximately 500-600mm below ground level so we core hole drilled the remaining depth.
Installation of a new Galvanised Steel Private Pole was completed and all electrical and communications cables were tested and reinstated.
