Service: Defect Rectification Private Pole Replacement
Problem:
Our clients were issued with a Defect Notice stating their private pole had rotted at ground level beyond 70% strength and needed replacing.
Solution:
Our client opted to install a Titan Pole that is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against Rust, Fire, Rot and Termites.
They also requested that the pole be delivered prior to installation so that it could be painted.
Our usual procedures of de energising the incoming electrical supply before having the old pole craned out were carried out.
Titan Pole erected, underground electrical supply was installed inside the new pole and job tested and re connected to supply.
