Service: Private Pole Snapped
Problem.
Our clients remembered hearing a loud snap and crash in the early hours of the morning. They woke to a cold shower and their private pole had snapped off at the base and power disconnected.
Solution.
Our clients contacted us and we had the entire team on a large project in a neighbouring suburb. This allowed us to send one of the team to meet our client, discuss options and provide a quote.
Quote approved and with a pole ready to go on our Level 2 truck we were onsite within 2 hours and committed to completing the project.
Old pole out, new pole in, new network connection and job completed with power restored by 5pm. That sounds easy but it was certainly a big effort from the team.
End result was a happy client with all power restored.
